Session 1: Group Discussion & Confidence Mindset Work (10:00 am - 12:00 pm)
Introduction to Confidence in Riding: We'll start with a group discussion on common challenges riders face with confidence. Riders will have a chance to share their personal struggles in a supportive environment. This open conversation sets the stage for discovering that confidence issues are normal and can be addressed with the right mindset.
Confidence Mindset Techniques: We’ll dive into mindset work with actionable strategies to build self-belief and handle moments of fear or self-doubt in the saddle. Topics include:
Visualisation techniques to prepare for rides
Grief Recovery to eliminate the lack of control over our minds
