THE PROBLEM
Your horse can't always tell you what your body is doing wrong.
If your horse is green, hot, or has quirks of its own, you can never quite be sure: is that you, or is that him? And your body already has muscle memory attached to the saddle, to riding, to your horse specifically. Try to change a pattern, and your horse moves more than your body's ready for. You revert. Right back to the old habit.
This is the loop most riders never actually escape because nothing in a normal lesson isolates the one variable that matters: you.
THE APPROACH, IN YOUR BODY
Joker exists because biomechanics is biohacking riding: less effort for the max result. This is where that idea stops being a philosophy and becomes something you can physically feel.
It's a fully mechanical simulator. Not electronic, not automated, mechanical. It only moves if you move it correctly. Which means:

You feel exactly where, when, and how you're losing balance

You see precisely where your own horse has been quietly compensating for you

You get the same, honest feedback every single time, with no unpredictable horse muddying the signal
This is the same retraining process as teaching a child to walk: explain it, show it, let them try it, again and again, until it's automatic. Not for the horse. For your muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia, until your body chooses to move optimally without you having to think about it.

WHO THIS IS FOR
-
You've hit a plateau you can't explain
-
You keep getting told to "sit deeper" or "use your leg" with no real follow-up
-
You can't get your horse moving forward, or you're feeling lower back pain, shoulder pain, stiff hips, feet that won't stay in the stirrup
-
You're rehabbing an injury and can't yet risk being on a horse
-
Your confidence has taken a knock and getting on at all feels like too much
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
-
You want a quick fix
-
You're chasing competition every weekend with no time for a real warm-up
-
You're not willing to build a strategic warm-up for yourself and your horse
-
You're okay with your horse compensating for your poor position; some riders are. This isn't for them.

HOW IT WORKS

Is this just like a spin class version of riding?
No. It's not cardio, and it's not choreography; it's a diagnostic tool. You're not following a routine; you're seeing exactly where your body breaks down under the demands of real riding mechanics.
I don't have a horse, is this still for me?
Yes. Joker gives you real riding feedback without needing your own horse, a yard, or a lesson horse patient enough to tolerate you working things out.
Will this actually change how I ride, or just how I feel on the simulator?
That's exactly what the membership's ridden check-in lesson is for: confirming the correction transfers to the saddle, not just to Joker.
