
Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
Centreline Collective provides education, training, and events that require significant upfront financial commitments, including venue hire, international instructors, travel, accommodation, and equipment. As such, all bookings are subject to the following cancellation and refund policy.
By booking any Centreline Collective service, event, or ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

GENERAL POLICY

All bookings are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated below.

Ticket and booking income is used to secure non-refundable deposits and operational costs well in advance of delivery.

Centreline Collective cannot offer full refunds once funds have been committed.

Where refunds are not possible, credits or transfers may be offered in line with this policy.

NON-REFUNDABLE COMMITMENT CLAUSE
A portion of all bookings is considered a non-refundable commitment once confirmed.
This covers (but is not limited to):
-
trainer fees and deposits
-
venue hire
-
travel and accommodation
-
event production and equipment
This non-refundable portion applies regardless of the reason for cancellation by the participant.

CANCELLATION BY CENTRELINE COLLECTIVE
If Centreline Collective cancels an event, clinic, or service in full:
Participants will be offered one of the following options:
-
a partial refund, or
-
a transfer of their booking to a rescheduled date or future equivalent offering.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may be transferred to the new dates at no additional cost.

PROGRAMME CHANGES & PARTIAL CANCELLATION
Centreline Collective reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:
-
instructors or clinicians
-
session times or formats
-
venues (within the same general region)
If the event or service proceeds, no refunds are issued due to individual trainer changes or programme adjustments. Where appropriate, alternatives or credits may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION – EVENTS, CLINICS & LESSONS
Cancellation timelines:

60+ days before start date:
Eligible for credit toward a future Centreline Collective offering (non-refundable portion retained). -
30–59 days before start date:
Eligible for 50% credit toward a future offering. -
Less than 30 days before start date:
No refund or credit available.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable unless approved.

SPECTATOR, WORKSHOP & DEMO DAY TICKETS
-
60+ days before event:
Ticket may be transferred to another person or credited toward a future Centreline Collective event. -
30–59 days before event:
50% credit toward a future event. -
Less than 30 days before event:
No refund or credit.

RIDER & HORSE-RELATED CANCELLATIONS
Centreline Collective recognises that horses and riders may sometimes be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
In cases of:
-
serious rider injury or illness
-
serious horse injury or illness
-
death of an immediate family member
Participants may ask for a credit toward a future Centreline Collective offering.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Centreline Collective.
NON-ATTENDANCE / NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend a booked session, lesson, workshop, or event — for any reason — is considered a no-show.

No refunds or credits are issued for no-shows.
-
This includes rider sessions, spectator tickets, workshops, and online sessions.

TRANSFERS

Tickets and bookings may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the start date, subject to approval.
-
Rider session transfers are subject to suitability, safety, and schedule availability.
-
Transfers do not qualify for refunds.
SPONSORS, VENDORS & EXHIBITORS
All sponsor, vendor, and exhibitor payments are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and allocated in advance.
If Centreline Collective cancels an event in full:
-
sponsors and vendors may choose between a partial refund or transfer to a rescheduled event.

Requests will be reviewed within 10–14 working days.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing a booking with Centreline Collective, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy in full.
