Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 Aug 2025

By booking or participating in any service with Centreline Collective (including ridden lessons, simulator lessons, clinics, online lessons, or any other training sessions) or purchasing products (including Equitex saddle pads and Franklin balls),, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voluntary Participation

All lessons, clinics, and training activities are voluntary. You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and physical condition while taking part in any activity with Centreline Collective.

2. Rider & Horse Health
  • You confirm that both you and your horse are fit, healthy, and capable of participating in the booked activity.

  • Any health concerns (for horse or rider) must be disclosed before the session.

  • If your horse is unfit for work on the day of your session, please contact me immediately to discuss options.

3. Safety & Risk
  • All equestrian activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your safety, the safety of your horse, and any spectators you bring.

  • Appropriate riding gear (including an approved riding helmet and suitable footwear) must be worn during all ridden activities.

4. Payments & Cancellations
  • Payment is required in full to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a full charge.

  • In the event I need to reschedule due to weather, horse welfare, or unforeseen circumstances, I will offer the soonest possible alternative date.

5. Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be issued for missed or unused sessions.

  • Clinic deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another rider if approved in advance.

6. Behaviour & Welfare
  • I reserve the right to stop a session if a horse or rider’s welfare is at risk or if unsafe behaviour occurs.

  • Horses must be treated kindly and with respect at all times—abusive training methods will not be tolerated.

7. Online Lessons
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a safe riding area and a reliable internet connection.

  • Centreline Collective is not responsible for connection issues on the client’s side.

8. Media Release
  • Photos and videos taken during sessions may be used for training or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Liability Waiver

By booking, you release Centreline Collective, its owner, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to you, your horse, or your property arising from participation in any session.

.10. Equitex Saddle Pads
  • All Equitex pads are sold brand new and must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

  • No discounts, ambassador giveaways, or free product offers are available — all pads must be purchased.

  • For hygiene and product integrity reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once a pad has been used.

  • If a manufacturing fault is identified within 7 days of purchase, please contact us immediately to arrange assessment and possible replacement.
