The foot is the base of everything.

The foot isn't just where your weight lands; it's a sensory organ. It reads the movement coming up from the stirrup, creates stability or tension through the ankle, knee, and hip, and ultimately shapes how freely you can follow your horse's motion through your seat.

When the foot tenses, rolls unevenly, pushes down or sneaks up, that tension travels. Through the calf, through the thigh, through the hip and into the horse's back. When the foot is mobile, aware, and correctly loaded in the stirrup, the entire kinetic chain above it opens up. The seat follows more freely. The aids become lighter. The horse moves differently underneath you.

Most riders have never worked specifically with the foot. This clinic changes that.
