Session 1 Intro to Joker (In-person): In this session, you'll learn the fundamentals of riding—even if you think you know them—on the Joker, including walking, trotting, and cantering. You will also receive a personalised seat analysis to build the foundation for what we will learn later in the programme.

Session 2 Unlock Your Potential (Group session): Discover the essential bones influencing your movement and learn how to optimise your riding technique. In this session, you will explore imagery, proprioception, and a tailored warm-up routine for consistent improvement.

Session 3 Applying Techniques to the Saddle (In-person): Now it's time to put what we've learned in session two into practice! We'll focus on applying the techniques to the saddle, refining your riding skills, and enhancing your connection with your horse.

Session 4 Muscle Activation & Harmony (Group session): Unleash the power of your muscles! Learn about the muscles contributing to your riding performance and discover exercises to increase flexibility, strength, and coordination.

Session 5 Mastering the Saddle (In-person): In our final session, we'll integrate the knowledge gained from session four into the saddle. Watch as your body and riding technique align, allowing you to influence your horse effectively and create a harmonious partnership.

Session 6 Seal the deal (in-person): This is a free session I am throwing in to ensure you can apply all your tools to your horse. Bring your horse, and we will spend an hour integrating everything you have learnt so that you guys can incorporate it into your rides and lessons.
